Anybody know whats the story with this place.Ive heard it mentioned here a few times and it would seem they do good deals.How does it work?Do you just email them or what?

Yeah. Go to thomann.de, price the junk you want, add a bit on for shipping, and that's roughly how much musictechnology will charge you. You ring them up (or email them if you don't like people hearing your voice) and tell them you want to buy it. They ship it across. Usually takes about a week to ten days to get your stuff in.

i tried getting stuff off them, found them useless, ordered from thomann - same price

i've had stuff shipped to me from thomann in about 3 days before
i'd go with thomann

Got loads of stuff off em. Theyre grand if you dont have a credit card, or dont have anyone home during the day. I ring cormac, tell him what i need, and then when it comes in, i pick it up whenever i want, and pay then and there, cash. For me its much better than worrying what day my guitar will arrive, will the postman try and jam my box of valves through the post slot etc.
