with that the doc cut an episiotomy

The auld episiotomys are supposed to be brutal. Because it's a surgical slice it takes ages to heal. Unlike bursting yourself open, which makes you all jaggedy and stickbacktogethery. Yay!!!

I just read about it properly. I think im going to puke! According to wikipedia 90% of women in labour in Latin America have it done....

some people do, and this is recommended as well. But I don't think it matters, you're either stretchy or you're not. I wasn't, twelve stitches thank you.
