There's a newsagents on Bachelors Walk, about a block away from O'Connell St., that does
unofficial replacement cases for (mostly) Nokia phones - they have a wall full of them, back
of the shop, on the right, above the birthday cards (last time I looked). They do the leather
covers aswell - one of them is usually enough to protect the new plastic body from cracking
when it drops.

If they don't have something to fit your phone, there's a few different repair shops around,
who may just sell you the parts. If it needs screws (ie, not a simple clip on and off) then they
might insist on fitting it for you, and charging you money for making a bollix of it.

That's like asking where all the cybercafes are - it's not exactly the kind of business where
you set up and plan to stay in the same place for 15 years.

They are usually near bargain shops, so look around Talbot St. and Mary St. for handmade
signs and loads of flashing LEDs in windows. I could list off the locations of the last 3 that I
last had a look in, but that was 6 months ago and they could be all moved elsewhere by now.
