I'm thinking of starting a service where I write other peoples fuck off text and emails.

Trust me once I tell them to fuck off they'll stay fucked off.

How are you at vengeance ?
If they don't get the message there are plenty of services which will send you automated texts at the phone owners expense. For example daily tips on horse races in thailand. All you need to sign someone up for them is their number and thanks to timezones those texts can be arranged to arrive in the middle of the night.
