Booze is an idea killer, Gaz. If I'm feeling a bit of block I knock it on the head for a bit. Plus we all like to have a good rant AND you're super sound.

Is this itching? I'm sure you've tried it but at one stage I had a terrible itch that lasted years and anti histamines kept it in check. A zirtek every couple of days kept me from going mad. Then it went away as mysteriously as it arrived but I think it might be coming back.

I am currently taking an antihistamine thing called Telfast every day.
Each tab is equal to 8 Piriton.I took four last night.
Combined with the steroids I'm on.

Had four beers cos I was super bored at about 3 am and they were in the fridge.
Fucking mad out of it.haha

No joy.Scratched myself silly.

Tonight...Im bringing out the big benzo guns
