I'm half dead after my first visit to the gym in about 3 years. I'd forgotten how unpleasant it is. I did fancy two of the instructors though. I went to the supermarket next to get something healthy for dinner but it was closed so I had to come to the Indian takeaway where I am now waiting for my dinner to be served up to me. So, it's not all bad.

Anus/onus that's an easy mistake to make.
