It gets better but is never as AMAZEBALLS as it was anticipated to be and as some critics claimed it to be.

Forgot to say there was some great tache action in this episode. Apparently it is April, 1970.

Yeah I was wondering about that, with the nixon announcement on tv. Was really expecting them to deal with or mention some of the other stuff that happened in '69 after the last season ended. What was with all the hinting at Sharon Tate if they've just hopped over that. Was also really hoping they'd make some reference to the Stonewall Riots (which was just before the time when the last season finished) , lots of speculation that that would have been the occasion to have an appearance from Sal.

Otherwise, similar feeling of more of the same and glad it's coming to an end.

I know someone on Twitter who went to college or something with the lad who played Sal. She said he won't divulge whether he appears again before the shows ends.
