In Empire this month, there's a bunch of interviews with the 'big' action stars. Such a bitter, bizarre bunch.

"When Bruce Lee's boy died, I went to the funeral and walked up to Danny Inosanto, the knife guru. I said, "Man, it's so terrible." He says, "Yeah, it's so terrible..." (Pause) "But that knife fight, man, in Under Siege, that was fucking amazing!"
(Laughs) It is pretty cool.

I've never fought Steven Seagal, but we've met. I don't know if he's changed since he became a so-called Buddhist, but he did talk bad about me with no good reason. He should not do that. I've got great respect for Steven for his charismatic face, but now he is cranking out movies and people make fun of him for his weight. I advise him to take a break and take less salary.

Universal Soldier was fun, 'cos it was all the big guys. I don't know what's going on -- I keep exercising and the stars get smaller and smaller. The rock's a big guy but... I guess we're just a dying breed.
