In my previous experience I always found that I started relationships in the January to March months and they usually ended in the Summer months. My theory being that in Winter you wear more clothes and are more interested in staying in and keeping warm and when you do go out it's dark but in Summer you're around each other all the time, you're wearing less clothes and the competition is too fierce!!!
To summerise darkness and cold = good for dating
