rev. howard finster ahoy! two albums i like, and great cover art that never deserved to be shrunk to cd size. (not my favourites, but something special)

I got a compilation on cassette when I was a youngling called "Metal Killers" which had an amazing cover. Basically it was a barbarian-defeating-a-dragon-with-guitar-shooting-lightning-flanked-by-hot-barbarianess style affair but was notable for the guy's hilariously disproportionate and randomly placed muscles. After a detailed 2 minute search, I can't find it but this will do instead:

I'll agree with Bitches Brew, that's amazing. And:

The inner gatefold of this is cool:

Fuck, all my pictures disappeared. I could have done something else with my morning after all.

Cyclotron, you picked three of my next choices you cad!

Re: Wilco - saw them live once but don't know much else about them. Might just photocopy the cover for now and see how I get on

Edit: here's another fabulous cover from the world of pop music:

so in conclusion, albums that we like have artwork that we like

I dunno- there are some nice looking covers here on records i don't like

I'm always torn when i come across stuff like this in bargain bins..

Great cover but..worth buying?
