Think youv probably seen the last of them on here for a while to be honest.
The debut album is now mixed, mastered, sounds amazing and they know it!
As such I dont think they even feel the need to defend themselves anymore.

nah, not really. They used to be Mainline. They stop by occasionally and it ain't pretty when they do!

Comments were made to the effect that when they come on to the forum things get nasty.
I was simply pointing out that its not an issue people need worry about going forward as I dont think they feel the need to defend themselves on here anymore.

I'm going to have to make a complete u-turn on my previous comments on Dead Meadow.
Gig the other night was great with the new material making up a lot of the highlights. For a band with 5 albums under their belt the lads look remarkably young too.

rotten tropics cheers for the shout on eyehategod, great stuff. Dead Meadow were the first band I ever heard described as sludge. I agree that it's a little bit of a stretch calling them sludge at all.
Sludge, what a great word to try describe a sound.
