Yeah got the idea for a few guys who bought the gorms for pedal boards, but instead of just lashing velco on it, like I did, they actually took them apart and put them back together in different configurations and reinforced the joints etc.

I've seen a few really well made ones alright. Do you happen to know the dimensions of the drone lab, can't find them on the site. I reckon that rapid electronics will have the best enclosure prices, they can't be touched for the smaller pedal sizes. Here's their selection of abs boxes.
