Could anyone tell me how to get animated frames up on my I.D. picture?

I want to get the goat moving.

you have to have it as .gif file, which can be animated and then upload it.

but i cud be wrong

Go to www.gamani.com and get yerself their animation program, draw whatever goat-related filth you like and save it as a gif, joiky.
