A thinkpad is just a business laptop and linux mint or ubuntu for that matter are operating systems that will work pefectly on it.

Although I'd get one with a ssd..theres loads to be had

Way better than an aldi yoke and new batteries and ram etc are easily had cheap cos theyre the biggest seeling computer in the world

My computer is off for repairs. Could be without one for 10 days. 10 DAYS!!! I'm gonna have to go outside, read and talk to other humans to pass the time! The horror!

Seeing all these upcoming gigs in Dublin and rarely does stuff come to Limerick or Galway. Dublin is just too expensive to stay over night for a gig. I miss living down the road from Whelans.

i consider myself very lucky to have this service.
