Easy enough to make mayo you have to add the oil slowly i geuss ramsey can explain it
But no vinegar ?

I despise ketchup on chips.

My housemate made mayonnaise a while back. I didn't dig it that much. I'm happy enough with Hellmanns. It ain't worth the hassle.

I make my own mayo. It's fun. generally make half mayo and half aioli while I'm at it like.

Cant stand bottled ketchup ive have had a phobia scince childhood its maybe to sweet i could eat some sort of relish though. I geuss i would traditionally go for brown suace but i think i am fed up of that now.
Or even mustad and tabasco on chips. I think if you were lost in the wild on a rainy hill a jar of mustard could potentially save you.
Oven chips are the worst !

They're mad for mayo on chips in Holland and Germany.
