He said that there's a higher % of young people coming to them because of legal highs. I might have missed it, but he never seemed to mention an increase in the overall number of young people.
So the case load is the same but the dealers are losing out.
It's all just Duffy fodder.

No, wildcat is Mephedrone based so is gonna banned. It's ok though you'll be bored of it in 3 months time.
