I got my No vote in and I intend to complain every day. According to people on facebook I'm not entitled to complain if I don't vote. The only reason I voted was so that I can complain. Yowza

fair enough. I guess it was hard to tell which side the low turnout would favour.

I was expecting it to be a landslide for the Yes side as that campaign was generally all about putting the fear of god in people.

I find that a little amusing given the tone of some of the No posters: ball and chain, barren desert, queues of hopeless people.

Anyway, my feeling was that the Yes support was slipping all month and I thought it would be very tight.

No one on the No side had any credibility so I paid no heed to anything they said

Cork people are easily bought. Look at how they welcomed the Queen. They love to tug the forelock.
