I can't vote but if I could, I'd vote NO.
Everything I've read or listened to (outside of Irish yes/no sides) by world economists brings me to a solid NO fucking way.
Even Germany can't make Ireland like them.
The Euro was a mistake from the beginning and to continue by 'let's try this again' in the same way it is not the answer.
All you yes people can be happy I'm not a citizen.
I'm also paying for all your Celtic tiger houses.

i had that at the cinema the other week. it was great.

this vote on the other hand is a mess. i still have no idea what way to go, i feel like im going into an exam without having done any revision.

if i vote yes and it's a fuk up i get to blame the politicians.
if i vote no and it's a fuk up i have to blame myself.

'compulsory' doesn't work particularly well with the Irish psyche. If it was made compulsory nobody would ever vote.

By 4pm, there was an average turnout of 20% in Dublin.
Polling was reported to be below 20% in the Leinster region, outside of Dublin.
Turnout ranged from 10-23% in Limerick city, while in the northwest it was said to be between 14-20% by 4.30pm.

there seems to be more of a hesitance towards this referendum by yes voters than by no voters so the people not bothering to vote would more likely be yes voters

By 6pm, there was an average turnout of 27% in Dublin city.
At 8.30pm polling in Limerick city was averaging 53% on the north side and 45% on the south side.
In Cork city turnout as of 8pm ranged from 35% in Blackpool to 43% in Greenmount.
Turnout around the north east of the country is being described as slow this evening, while turnout in south east was averaging 30% by 6.40pm.
