Thought a good idea would be to have a thread to laugh at the shit answers people give on that show. First things first though, Jeremy Clarkson is a total cunt.
Now with that said, saw a bit of it earlier and some lad was on like 125 grand and got the question " "3 May. Bistritz. Left Munich at 8.35 p.m" is the opening line from which book?" with options of 'Tinker Tailor', 'Dracula', 'Frankenstein', or some other book that was obviously wrong.
So he thinks about it a bit, doesn't know the answer but of course "Tinker Tailor" is set in the cold war and is about spy stuff apparently, etc etc. He does the 50/50 and gets left with A: Tinker, Tailor or B: Dracula.
Of course this doesn't help much as he still doesn't actually know, but now he's saying "Yeah, it sounds plausible that it would be Tinker, Tailor, but of course Dracula, Mary Shelley (LOL he said that)", but of course this is for a lot of money and he'll lose like 90 grand of it if he's wrong, so he uses his final lifeline, ask the audience.
Audience answer gives 81% say Tinker, Tailor, 19% say Dracula, LOL LOL LOL.
So the lad goes "Well it seemed to me like that would be the logical answer, so I'll go with the audience, Tinker Tailor final answer"
LOL
