(Daniel Johnston "Welcome To My World - The Music Of...")

I like the look of that "Beyond The Calico Wall" thing.

I have that Daniel Johnston comp lined up to go on soon.

That should be good. His stuff reminds me of a even more poorly recorded Guided By Voices, but more sincere and (dare I say) original. Although without the rock. Actually it's nothing like GBV. Except for the hiss. The hiss is great. The good old days before the Dolby Noise Reduction button.

the comp seems to tie with the DVD release of The Devil...

Only Daniel stuff I own are Fun, Fear Yourself and Discovered Uncovered. No too much duplication with this new disc.

Robert Pollard's Moon is on now. Live album recorded in June.

Hi. Is that his 6th album so far this year (not joking)? It's kinda nuts isn't it? I wouldn't be inclined to pay €20 for one, cheap git that I am.

let me see

From A Compound Eye
Psycho And The Birds - All That Is Holy
The Takeovers - Turn To Red
Keene Brothers - Blues And Boogie Shoes
Normal Happiness

yes, Moon is the sixth.
It came free with Normal Happiness when I ordered it through Luna Music. Don't think it's available separately.
