Maybe just go with them according to votes? (I know that's kinda a cop out)
At least the records are pretty available. I think Spin Dizzy stock them,I'm sure you could skip through them in the shop before buying.
I can imagine they'd be the kind of band where it would be possible to only like a few songs,so just going and buyin the records may not be the best plan.

I heard you saying on the radio that you were going to try to hold off listening to it till it was out, or did you get a promo?

I fucking love it.

Did I say that? You know that comic strip The Numbskulls? They were all on lunch that day. I got a promo and have been listening to it like a bitch and I love it. More I just love the National. I'm seriously attached to that Cherry Tree EP, way more than any of the albums. As of July, The National V Interpol is officially on for me.

Oh yeah, the same guy who did Interpol's last album did Boxer. I think.

Much as I like Interpol there's no contest for me. The National beat them hands down, more varied sounding songs, (much) better lyrics and the final trump card is Matt Berringer's phrasing, no one delivers a lyric like that guy.

Love Cherry Tree too, Wasps Nest, About today, all that jazz.

This day fortnight I'll be returning from London having seen them the night before. Can't wait, that last Whelans gig they did was one of my favourite live experiences ever.
