What movie did you watch last night? (14 Viewers)

the wicker tree was laughably bad

saw Rust and Bone the night before last, marion cotillard was brilliant.
definitely one to go and see
it's french...it's about relationships and fate (or something)...there is also bareknuckle fighting, and the odd glimpse of tits...something for everyone

Yeah loved Rust & Bone. I reckon the Orca did it deliberately. I've had enough of your stale fish!

he does sort of i guess. they're the best kind of dudes.

it's worth to see jaoquin phoenix. he looks like he's had a stroke in real life.

A friend of mine was at a screening where parents can bring their kids.

I was all "Well, I hope they enjoyed the masturbation scenes"

Cos that's the kind of stuff I say.

Hmm, this movie definitely contains adult situations and mature themes

Jack White was at the screening. And seemed not to realise that it was for kids, at least initially.

He kept moving to be away from some kid whingeing, only to find himself in close proximity to another baller.

This is the information I was provided with.

I didn't much care for it either. Was a bit perplexed by all the praise it was getting. Though I really only liked Goldeneye and the new Casion Royale.

It's worth a trip all right - it looks beautiful and while it has all of the classic bond elements that were dropped in Casino Royale, they are done with restraint.

Best film I've seen in a while (last one was also really good, ), in really lazy comparison parlance it's like Lost Highway meets Total Recall meets Apocalypse Now meets Angel Heart. Also this is the first film where I've seen a credit for stunt hookers.
Don't be expecting much JCVD or Dolph though, it's pretty much a Scott Adkins film. Roy Jones Jr appears as well.

Darklands: the Welsh Wickerman. Not bad, bloody, makes sense, although at times it may no seem to. A lot of what happens is part of a ritual. Pagans sacrifice a pig and leave it in a church, maybe they thought it would be cured.
