see the problem is with irish women is that irish men are quite bad at chatting up and do sometimes need a few drinks and then they can get quite annoying.

I know what ya mean, I mean I'm the same, I never have the confidence to ask someone out, not even with a few drinks on me! The only way for me to do it is to just bite the bullet and text them! It may not be the most romantic way, I'd love to actually ask someone out properly but I just can't find the words without sounding horribly corney and at that if I ever bypassed that bit I probably wouldn't be able to form the words! So if you can't actually physically ask him out then get his number and text him?!?!
