Honestly I would have given up and not been able to do it without a mate of mine who could guide me through it. It feels great getting the win but it was essentially by default as they refused to engage with the process so it’s going to be some fun enforcing the judgement now. Once the judgement is registered and public I can at least name and shame with impunity.

If we had just gotten the work that they actually complete done and left it at that, then yeah, I absolutely would have. It was him taking a payment on the last part and ghosting us that soured the relationship just a little bit.
