I never drank at a gig (or play or gallery or movie) until I was well into my 20's. It just seemed wrong to not be giving you're full attention to the show.

That has changed for me, I don't think it's for the better.

Seconds to Mars or people like that. It was probably a fairly specific demographic

I do wonder why people are compelled to share their scores. I play it every day and enjoy the quick recap it presents to see my thought process as I played it, but it's impossible to share that feeling. To anyone else they are just random coloured squares. I avoid the "dreams" thread for the same reason.

I’ve a small group of friends that I share the results with. It’s kind of a fun jokey competitive thing between a few of us. Outside of that, I’m very much aware that no one gives a fuck

We fall in love with tunes because they reach the human internally beyond the social human. Then we are expected to relive that in front of 30 - 50000 strangers. It greases the wheels a little.
