Tom Waits is a semi-recluse these days. Does a handful of shows when he has a new record to pimp. I truly hope the rumours are true, but I doubt it.

Actually I heard one rumour that he has throat cancer. Sounds more plausible than the great man appearing at EP.

Never, ever heard of him doing a festival, seems unlikely it would be EP... Paid the most I've ever ever ever paid for a gig to see him in London a couple of years ago (£75), would pay it again. Only thing that spolied the gig for me was Jamie arsing Cullum sitting in front of me.
