What looks more promising is Project Ha Ha which is one after wards. They got a fair bit of talent involved (even if it's written by David Mc Fuckhead) so it could be worth a look.

on an irish comedy note, what's the story with your bad self? is that some new comedy as well? I don't have a telly so I saw it over christmas. hit and miss; a few laughs though. then, I was out of my mind with some horrible fever/vomit disease, so my judgement might have been somewhat compromised...

Kind of. They never made a final decision on it because thankfully Hat Trick snapped it up before they got the chance. It would have been fairly awful had it gone out on RTE and not under the wing of Geoffrey Perkins.
