so, do we have a definite time/place for this meeting? can anyone actually bring anything to the table for this one? anything outstanding from the last one?

6.30 Monday in my house

So far I've had no objections

Em, exactly what are we meeting for? All I can think of that needs discussion is:

- hardcopies of the things list
- the end-of-year ad and any subsequent ads

Also

- maybe some more discussion of who goes on the list and who doesn't ... though maybe we should wait for a while and see how it goes
- maybe some more discussion of how to collect more emails
- switching from yahoo to majordomo?
- any other stuff about the distro

(As far as the resource website goes, only Stephen has sent anything in)

And where is this resource webiste going etc.

And really isn't that enough. I'd also like that people who weren't able to make it to the first meeting come along.

I can host the website.
Also, look at the lead provided by http://www.britishunderground.net

Where are you hosting it?
Take a good look at Mailman - http://www.list.org

It's a far better mailing list manager than Majordomo - The web interface rules.
It's unix only though.

In my workplace.
I spent yesterday afternoon trying to configure Mailman (and Postfix), but I'm stupid and it takes me a while.
