I pointed out that one of my sockets had stopped working to my landlord on Friday..he's a good lad and I was expecting him to say.."no worries Gaz,I'll send me sparks round asap"..instead he said.."I'll drop you in a new one tomorrow,sure you'll have no trouble changing that".

better that than a landlord who a) wont do anything, b) wont let you do anything.

not a big job - just make sure the breaker/fuse is off/out before you take socket off wall.

I'm getting a bit sick of christmas now. I probably should have waited an extra week before trying to get into the xmas buzz. Now I think I've overdone it and am sick of it.

I listen to christmas fm for approximately 3 hours every morning. I've heard that song about 200 times in the last 2 weeks.

Still haven't tired of it yet though
