So..I'm busting out 10 reps like its nothing ..gonna be moving to 5 sets a day shortly

And no shitting you..I feel fucking fantastic.Although I think that has more to do with kicking the sugar habit.

Did 70 yesterday.I'm getting there! Slowly but surely.

I can still only do 12 at a time though.

I'm not doing them every day, just a day or two here and there

I've got a bit of momentum currently. It is rather easy to let it slide alright.

But its a marathon not a sprint. We have all the time in the world

Need to get back on this train. I was at the magic 100 for 3 weeks a couple of months ago. Slowly dropped off and have been at nothing but eating and being a podge for at least the last fortnight.

Ahh jazes I am flying along ..I can knock out 5 sets of 20 in a couple of hours. But I've expanded my fitness regime bigtime..and it looks something like this...well it looks exactly like this currently

Monday - Wednesday-Friday I'm into the garage and I do

Warm up - 10 mins skipping,50 jumping jacks ,50 seal jumps

Then I do a circuit involving
10 raised feet push ups
10 squats holding 14kg
15 Dips on a chair
10x2 Lunges with 14kg
10 Dumbbell over the head yokes
And 10 Dumbell Lateral raise

Twice

And every day I do Scoobys Rotisserie Work out and some AB wheeling ,every time I walk into the kitchen I do a couple of chinups or a single pull up.

Plus a good hike round the woods and to Lidls every day which takes about 90 mins .

And a 3 hour cycle on Saturday Morning.

Practicing loads of guitar.

Sunday off!

Eating fucking loads of protein ,no junk food whatsoever.

I had a kidney infection a couple of weeks back and that put me outta action but I'm back going again...feel fantastic.

I am light as a fucking feather..I could do with a bit of muscle but that will come eventually.

Its definitely a marathon not a sprint cos I'm a bit old for anything too hectic

I've cut down on coffee cos it was making me shit runny and had to start taking cod liver oil cos I have arthritis in my knees and hands a bit.Seems to be doing the job

And most importantly of all,my mental health is good

So fuck yeah exercise..its the only game in town

I don't even know what most of this is

Sure you can find out when you need too.

No way am I growing old all unhealthy,i f I can help it.

No fucking way Jose.

And besides I've fuck all else to be doing with my leisure time.

I wish exercise was less boring and time consuming
That workout I'm doing takes about 30 mins,maybe 40.
And I do be fucking sweating..and buzzing after it.

Learning to skip rope is the most fun thing I've done in years..it takes a lot of practice!.it is super hard work too.Deadly

The daily core routine is 7 mins.

And the walking..well I'd be walking anyway cos I fucking love walking.great for the auld writing.

The trick for me is to go hard and go quick...well as quick and hard as is safe for a 43 year old in my condition.I do not want to injure myself.
As a result of all this I cant sit still all day with the energy and sleep like a log at night.
