I just did the Raz booze stats: on average
7.5 litres beer per week, 18.5 units p/w, 48euro per week, 2496euro PA.

I'd hate to have done those sums 10 years ago....

I would get the fucking fear if I did mine.

Dunno

I did it with one of my credit cards there for the first few months of the year and I was essentially spending my rent again on booze.
Mostly restaurants though, so like 20% of that is food and 20 is the tip.
Still though.

There's a particularly stupid one on my route to work. It sees me coming so takes off, flies a few feet up the canal then lands in front of me again. Repeat for two miles.

But this has little if anything to do with giving up the drink.

It's about the 'hair of the dog', not the heron the dog..

It's always downhill after about 2 drinks anyway, the night rarely improves on that moment.
