Yeah, the worst thing about tragic news related events is the seeming instantaneous generation of very bad jokes which are texted to me within seconds.

It can also be one of the best things, but these were just terrible.

The other night, on Parnell St, we saw a traffic garda motorbike up to a car that was sitting across a pedestrian crossing with a green man and people were having to go around it and squeeze between cars. "Right on!," I'm thinking. Then we see the man's hand gesturing up the road, and turn right, giving the poor lost traffic garda directions.

So anyway, war on drugs, eh?
