i live on a fourth floor apartment so i get a pretty good connection. saying that the best download (from the tcd server) is about 8kbps. generally around 3-5kbps. it should really be called dialup in a box.

stay well clear unless you are just stuck for a month or two (you can cancel whenever you like).
