1 double room in a REALLY nice apartment in central belfast.
Very central location, on Pakenham Rd. just off Dublin Rd.
Would be sharing with me (27 yo male) in 2 bedroom apt., we would each have our own bathroom. There is also nice storage space, and a pretty big open plan lounge/kitchen, and is all really nicely furnished.
Has all mod cons and all that stuff.
There is also free off road parking if you need it, and it is very secure as front of apt. block has electronic gates/intercom system.
I will be setting up wireless internet next week, and there will be an NTL broadband connection and all that.
An absolute snatch at £250 pcm.
