they started about 6 weeks ago at €99 i think. they seem to be selling alot quicker this year though- already on the 3rd/4th price rise...

They had two limited batch runs of tickets already:

€99 - First 1,000
€115 - Second 1,000

Is the €130 the final base price now? (time specific and not number limited?)

Yeah, this is the 3rd pricing level. The first two batches were sold in lots of 1,000. €99 and €110. From here on out the price rises are dependant on date I think.

I guess they're facing huge increases with the early ticket selling and ever increasing price. Didn't they use to go on sale in December at €99 euro?

They went on sale in October in previous years at €99, which was held until December, they were caught out last year with loads of folk getting them at €99
