While Gran Turismo 5: Prologue prepares for its release across Europe at the end of this week, Sony Computer Entertainment America is suggesting that the full instalment of GT5 won't hit Western shores for another year.

Chris Hinojosa-Miranda, An Associate Producer at SCEA, commented on PlayStation.Blog forums that "GT5 is still about a year away."

Well the rrp is €40 for the disc. play.com are just undercutting everyone. They sold out of preorders ages ago apparently.

Disc version is out tomorrow anyways. I'd say hmv might do it for 35.

Lefty/1000smurfs - Some EG folk are talking about private UT3 games tonight if you're interested. Reckon I might give that a bash instead of xbox gayness tonight.

60. The replays are stunning.

The good:

Looks and plays great. The cockpit view is the best i've ever seen in any game. The AI is varied. Opponents often fuck up. The cars looks incredible. Lovely frontend.

The bad:

One of the tracks suffers from a bit of tearing. Online is shit as of this moment.

I'm fairly certain it'd bore a few people here to tears. Its very similar to forza 2 in that its realism will often get in the way of excitement.
