PINT NEEDED (1 Viewer)

When we (Chrith, Nose & I) were down in Carraroe in Connemara (fuck me, 10 years ago next month) I enquired of the barman as to why the Guinness was SO superior to what we are used to being served here in Dublin.

He maintained that it was because they were careless when cleaning out the pipes and the residual cleaning solution in fact markedly improved the flavour and consistency of the porter.

Fair enough, said we in unison - and promptly ordered & downed 3 swift halves before crossing over to the schoolhouse to engage in Irish dancing lessons.

I actually know for a fact that what ever u said is true cause i just had a few quality pints of guinness a while ago(after a hard slog at work) and i`m not pucking over the keyboard yet!!!!

INFORMER, if i was in Limerick right now i'd help you murder a few pints. i'm told that Fennessy's (i think) by Punches Cross does a fine pint. i haven't drank Guinness in a while- had a couple of lousy ones in Tom Collins' a while back. i might go for a couple in Kenmare tomorrow... up the kingdom!

FENNESESSY`S is great for Ginness alright.Theres a mates band playin in the High-stool next friday night(blues i`m told they play)-don`t know what they`re called though.
Ì`ll be in their from 11.45/12.00 onwards if you want to collect that NATION OF ULYSSES video.
