tea is great although i do find it gives me pains in my tummy
i would only drink regular tea though. could i be persuaded to opt
for an alternative that perhaps wouldn't give me those horrid pains???

yep it's caffeine free and very good for you. lyons make the one i'm drinking. it's in a little yellow box and has 'Revive' on it
