My understanding is that the proper way is to use somewhat cheap cuts that are tenderised out to fuck.

Like you'd do with schnitzel

It's so cold here. I haven't felt warm in 4 days.
I've slept in a digger in December years ago, and this is worse.

I also woke up with a slug on my leg and a few trying to crawl in the fridge again.
The cooker only has two settings, food poisoning undercooked and burnt to fuck. I'm making do with a microwave and toaster mainly.

I'm taking the kid to Dublin this weekend, so our bonemarrow will be thawed out by Monday.

Not really. It's still very meaty. Closer to what you'd get in a cheesesteak maybe.
