Making IP look like its in the UK (1 Viewer)

I did this a long time ago and it was great... Problem is i cant remember how to do it and i've gotten into the snooker i would like to watch a bit of BBC on the net.

Anyone have any free way of doing this?

Thanks for that... The bbc one i'm looking for would be the red button after normal coverage ends. There seems to be a BBC IP channel but it still didnt work... I did however find out that British Eurosport is covering it (the snooker) so i was able to see it on that, the stream was shit tho... Better then nothing i suppose
