Jam session down the pub last night was the best one I've been at in 5 years. One of the other old rockers started into Another Brick In The Wall (which we had never played before) and I was groaning internally, but fuck me it was some load of fun to play ... and then things just improved from there. Had the whole place singing and dancing. Couldn't keep the smile off my face driving home

I just got a refund from our solicitor, for something from 10 years back (house purchase). They’d been reviewing old files prior to archive and spotted they’d overcharged us.

They are probably legally/accreditationally bound to do so, but it reinforced my impression of the guy as being a decent sort
