Anyone known anywhere that does Ipod Repair?

Ipod repair warning*Gsmsolutions.ie [gsmsolutionsltd.com] are FRAUDSTERs!!!! . When i visited and asked them could they fix my screen on my ipod . They said " they would have to have a technician look at it first and that they would ring me back with a diagnostic" . A week later they called me and quoted me Seventy five euro to replace the screen and THIRTY euro to "replace a logic board that needed fixing "!!!! ???!!!!

I told the guy in gsmsolutions.ie [gsmsolutionsltd.com] that I wanted my ipod BACK instead as that was too much money !!!!

He turned around with a smug grin and said " they had gone ahead with the screen repair and that it needed a logic board replacement and that I would not get my ipod back unless they were paid"....All this WITHOUT MY PERMISSION!!!!

I was fed up so i eventually decided to give this con man the 75 euro .Oh and a month later there is NOTHING WRONG with the "Logic board" !!!

Avoid this business at all costs !!!!!!

You should have just called the police in front of him. That's called extortion.

Hi guys. I would just like to point out that ipodrepair.ie and ipodrepairs.ie are two completely different companies. I run iPod Repairs Ireland who operate through the latter website. Understandably many people dont notice the subtle difference in the domain names when reading forums such as this one and many people think that many of these negative posts are about my company. I have a number of people giving me iPods and begging me not to screw them over like they read about on various forums. I just felt it was time to point out to people that we are a different company and so I am trying to find the forums customers have told me about and point out the difference.

I hope this is acceptable to the administrators.
