try eating a massive dinner really late, it used to help me but as of recenntly ive been fucked for sleep and nothing works
 
If'd i still smoked weed, all this would be great: big meal late at night, followed by a spliff and finishing off with a wank. Class!

I'd go with the camomile tea and stay away from the herbal pills.
Brisk walk in the evening for 30/40 minutes will sort you out.
Best to keep the hands outside the bedsheets too.
 
Just be truthful with everybody and treat others as you would like to be treated.Worked for me before.

I find that eating late keeps me awake, especially cheese, although it does give me weird dreams when i do get to sleep... smoking hash or weed also keeps me awake, because i keep thinking about useless crap, or music.. drinking large quantities of booze helps but is generally unhealthy... i think the old excercise is a good one, when im being a bit more active i tend to sleep better...
 
Sure ye only need 5% of your liver to be healthy in order to survive. Ye might aswell waste off the other 95%.
But yes, in years of Italian style sunday dinners and general eating after 7:30pm, eating large amounts of food would help the average person. It certainly helps me.
 
I must wake up about 20 times every night,its a pain in the hole.
the slightest noise and im wide awake except 7am when im like a zombie.

The natural way to induce restful sleep. In men, cracking one off; in women, strumming the invisible banjo. Wanker's cocoa, temazepalm, a knuckle nightcap.
