I don't think he's normally so shiny... though that is food for thought. He's Peter Serafinowicz, by the way. A 'comedian' of sorts.

And Unicron that is one of the main reasons I grew to hate him too. He always popped up in relatively decent shows and films and I had no real problem with him but then twitter... ugh, what a cunt.
