maybe the fact that a facsimile copy existed in the beginning
of this thread already took as a given that the cutting had
already taken place in a previous place, but solely the pasting had

I'm not disputing the fact that cutting had also taken place,
but as mentioned by Ro the act of pasting in this instance
was looked down upon,
as the act of cutting didn't actually have any effect on other people,
it wasn't the cutting the brought the words into full view of thumped-light,
No, it was solely through the pasting that this thread came into being,
the fact that it was proceeded by cutting was never disputed...
