The only form of child abuse that Tusla are prevented from investigating ("Custody and Access are a matter for the Courts.") and which the Garda won't touch, unlike physical abuse, sexual abuse and neglect.

It can be hard not talking down your ex to your kids but every time you do it, their relationship with him or her is undermined.

The messaging on this is wildy unclear to be honest and the people doing the PR to bring the issue to the fore need to evaluate a bit with their methods. This is the first article i've seen where I've understood the topic - I've definitley seen it in action though.
