Fifth date and she's late again, is it time to chastise yet?

Kick her to the kerb.
You're being disrespected.
what happened?Should have listened to 7.
what happened?
it's all grand because she's gone for good or because "the bigger issue" was a terrible euphemism?Late again, a whole 45 minutes this time. But then a bigger issue arose so it's all grand again.

woaahhhDefinitely not a terrible euphemism.
I brought her for dinner to meet the parents, halfway through dinner my da stands up, has a diabetic episode and falls onto the kitchen tiles on the back of his head, biting his tongue in the process. Naturally enough I was freaked out (he's lying there with a huge lump on the head, bleeding from his mouth and looking at me like he's never seen me before). Anyway, he was carted off to hospital so after all that I was in no state to be angry. She did apologise profusely too.
Time to make hay. If *i* were you tell her your dad has a psychotic condition, any hint of tardiness and he blows a gasket. That'll sort everything out, just don't tell your dad
