Just realised the Women's Africa Cup of Nations is on at the moment.
Nigeria v South Africa is first semi final on Tuesday 22nd July, followed by Ghana v Morocco that night

this is some story - a guy behind an american sports memorabilia site, which had racked up over a third of a billion in sales, admitted on facebook that the vast majority of stuff they'd sold was fake, and then killed himself.
i'd say collectors in the states are panicking.

The (fairly boring) men's Tour is nearly over BUT the sisters of cycling are already on the roads of Britanny for stage 1 of Tour de France Femmes. About 20 km left.
Hopefully Lara Gillespie has a go in the sprint.
No less than three Irish women starting w/ Fiona Mangan and Mia Griffin. Huge step up for Irish cycling.

Anyone know what happened with Megan Armitage?? She did a few races in January but nothing after that and announced she was retiring in April.

There was a crash on a bridge today in last 30 km which took down Mavi Garcia and Movistar team mates Marlen Reusser + Lianne Lippert.
Reusser is in trouble has been distanced and is just riding to finish at slow pace - a pity
