Latvia currently playing Germany in their quarter-final. It would be quite something were they to win, on the back of their amazing ice hockey achievements at the start of the summer.

I sat down to watch the second half last night, knowing they had 40 minutes to stay in the competition I thought it would be a solid bit of sport. Completely headless stuff. I was so deflated I turned it off after 10 minutes.
