a) female
b) 21 or younger
c) say something like "I'm bubbly"
d) have something like "message me!" on their profiles

the hope is that lonely young geeky fellers (see why they choose the thumped gorup? *ahem*) will message them and then, I imagine, get spammed with viagra and macys gift cards for the rest of their facebook lives
